Registration Fees
Early bird registration ends on Friday 13th of February. The full registration fee is €420 from then.
There are three Early Bird Registration Fees to choose from:
1. Early Bird Registration Fee: €360
This ticket includes::
Access to the conference on the 23 & 24 of April
Access to the poster exhibition
Tea, coffee, lunches and complimentary WI-FI each day of the conference
No access to workshops
2. Early Bird Registration + access to Workshop 1: Building a Resilience Toolkit: €370
This ticket includes:
Access to the conference on the 23 & 24 of April
Access to the poster exhibition
Tea, coffee, lunches and complimentary WI-FI each day of the conference
Access to Workshop 1: Building a Resilience Toolkit
Please note there is only limited space in the workshops.
3. Early Bird Registration and access to Workshop 2: Bridging worlds: Culture, Compassion and the End of Life: €370
This ticket includes:
Access to the conference on the 23 & 24 of April
Access to the poster exhibition
Tea, coffee, lunches and complimentary WI-FI each day of the conference
Access to Workshop 2: Bridging worlds: Culture, Compassion and the End of Life

4. Conference Dinner Ticket: €85
This ticket includes:
4 course dinner menu with tea & coffee
Please note, conference dinner ticket holders must also have a conference registration ticket.
How to Pay by Invoice:
If your organisation would prefer to pay for your registration via invoice please email info@cpcc.ie to a request an invoice request form.
Terms and conditions:
It is intended that the conference will be an in-person event, but this will be kept under review in light of public health guidance . The conference will be held in accordance with the applicable government public health guidelines on Covid-19.
Payment can only be accepted by Visa or Mastercard.
All cancellations are subject to a €30 administrative fee. If cancelled before 9th February 2026 – 100% of the registration fee is refundable less the administration fee.
No refunds are payable from 9th February 2026 onwards. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. All applicable refunds will be made after the conference. Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.
Photography, audio recording and video recording will be taking place at the conference. The release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of this content will be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the conference, its sponsors/exhibitors and its affiliates and representatives. Please notify us if you wish to be removed from any such materials in advance of the conference by emailing info@cpcc.ie

We do not tolerate harassment of delegates in any form. Inappropriate language and imagery are not acceptable to be included in presentations, workshops, networking forums and other online media. Conference delegates violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organisers.

By registering for the conference you are giving your consent for The Children’s Palliative Care Conference and Go West Conference & Event Management (our Professional Conference Organisers) to contact you about any aspect of the conference by e-mail or by telephone. You are also consenting to receive email marketing communications about the conference and post conference associated material. We ask for limited personal data in order to process your registration for the Children’s Palliative Care Conference. We require personal information (name, email address) for communications and updates pre, during and post event.
